Project Equipment definition

Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.
Project Equipment means all those items of furnishings, furniture, equipment, and other tangible personal property located in the Project Buildings or otherwise on the Land, subject to the provisions of Section 5.07 providing for the removal of Project Equipment.
Project Equipment means the machinery, equipment, furnishings, fixtures and other personal property described on Exhibit B and all other machinery, equipment, furnishings, fixtures and other personal property of the Company now or hereafter located on the Project Site and used in the operation of the Project.

  • For multi-year projects, the Project Equipment Summary Report should specifically identify any purchases that have been made for equipment, either totally or in part with grant money, since the last fiscal year.

More Definitions of Project Equipment

Project Equipment means the personal property to be purchased, constructed, installed and otherwise improved or located on the Project Site pursuant to Article IV of the Lease and paid for in whole or in part from the proceeds of Bonds, as described in Exhibit B attached hereto, and all additions (and taking into account any subtractions), alterations, modifications and improvements thereof made pursuant to the Lease.
Project Equipment means all personal property, goods, leasehold improvements, machinery, equipment, furnishings, furniture, fixtures, tools and attachments wherever located and whether now owned or hereafter acquired, refinanced in whole or in part with the proceeds of the Bonds, and any additions and accessions thereto, substitutions therefor and replacements thereof, including without limitation the Project Equipment described in appendices to the Agreement, as amended from time to time in accordance herewith.
Project Equipment means the equipment, machinery and other personal property described on Exhibit B attached hereto, as such Exhibit B is amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Security Agreement.
Project Equipment means any item of equipment purchased wholly or partly using the Grant;
Project Equipment means the property described as "Personal Property" in the Mortgage.
Project Equipment means all manufactured equipment, systems, property or assets, whether or not constituting personal property or fixtures, constituting part of the Project, excluding City Furnished Equipment.
