Site Agreement. In the case of a mixed metal site agreements being site agreements covering sites that included metal workers classifications the following shall apply. The rates and allowances provided for in the mixed metals site agreement shall be deemed to have been calculated at 110%. The employees shall be entitled to the greater of the rates and allowances under this agreement or the rates and allowances under the mixed metals site agreement as increased.
Site Agreement. Prior to commencing work on a project that will require employees to live out of town, the Employer and the Union shall meet to determine whether a Project Site Agreement is necessary. The Union and Employer shall, in writing, identify any amendments or enhancements to the provisions herein that pertain to hours of work, including daily overtime thresholds, travel pay, daily food allowance, and accommodation. A Project Site Agreement shall be unique to the project for which those terms have been negotiated.
Site Agreement. At or before the start of a new project, the Union and the Employer shall meet to determine if travel, meal, or board and lodging allowances, beyond what is provided by this Agreement, are necessary. If additional or improved allowances are warranted for a specific project, these shall be mutually agreed to and included in a written site agreement for that project. Such site agreement shall apply to that site, and only for the duration of that project.
Site Agreement. As a condition of Supplier’s visit(s) to or assignment to perform Services for Xxxxx and Xxxxx’s office, including, but not limited to 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Long Beach, CA 90808 (“Premises”), the Supplier agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this On-Site Agreement as follows:
Site Agreement. OSU’s use of office and storage space under control of the District shall be detailed and recorded in a separate written agreement (i.e. lease, space use agreement, site rental, etc.) as mutually agreed upon by the Parties. District may fund the costs associated with the lease of the space as provided in Attachment A.
Site Agreement. If the Content of Springest is displayed on a Site for which the Buyer has made specific agreements with the Supplier, these agreements must be specified in a separate agreement regarding the display of the Product Range of the Supplier in the Site and the terms and conditions that apply to this. Site: A website managed by or affiliated with Springest such as – but not limited to – xxxxxxxxx.xx, xxxxxxxxx.xx, xxxxxxxxx.xx.xx, websites with limited access for the employees of a Buyer, websites for media partners and other websites that use the Springest API. A Site can be integrated into the intranet of a Buyer, designed in the style desired by the buyer and also can contain the Buyer’s own range. The Buyer can also opt to make a selection from the Product Range to be displayed. Springest: Springest B.V.
Site Agreement. An agreement governing a site’s participation in a study initiated by a Sponsor-Investigator.
Site Agreement. Project Co and HMQ have entered into a site agreement dated as of March 1, 2007 in respect of certain matters relating to the remediation activities on the Site, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule U (the “Site Agreement”). Project Co and HMQ agree that the Site Agreement is in full force and effect binding upon each of them following the execution and delivery of this Agreement notwithstanding Section 51.8 hereof. The rights and obligations of Project Co pursuant to the Site Agreement shall be rights and obligations of Project Co under this Agreement, and the rights and obligations of HMQ pursuant to the Site Agreement shall be rights and obligations of HMQ under this Agreement, it being agreed that the Site Agreement shall form a part of this Agreement for all intents and purposes and that, except as provided expressly otherwise in the Site Agreement or as may be necessary to give effect to the terms of the Site Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will govern. For certainty, no breach or failure to perform an obligation under the Site Agreement shall, in the case of HMQ, give rise to a consequence or HMQ Default that would not otherwise arise under the terms of this Agreement and, in the case of Project Co, give rise to a consequence or Project Co Default that would not otherwise arise under the terms of this Agreement.
Site Agreement. The Contractor, Beacon Power Corporation, shall negotiate and execute a site agreement with Power and Composite Technologies, Inc. (PCT), located in Amsterdam, NY, and submit a copy of the agreement to NYSERDA’s Project Manager.
