Operating Procedures definition

Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.
Operating Procedures means procedures promulgated by the commission implementing a rule, uniform standard, or a provision of this compact.

More Definitions of Operating Procedures

Operating Procedures means a schedule in the Interconnection Agreement which describes the procedures for the operation of the DG Customer’s facilities and FortisAlberta’s Facilities relating to the interconnection, which may be revised from time to time by FortisAlberta upon written notice to the DG Customer;
