Repair facility definition

Repair facility. Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.
Repair facility means the person, firm or corporation per- forming the repair work or furnishing the materials for the repair work, or both, for tangible personal property other than a building, dwelling or structure.
