Lessor’s Works definition

Lessor’s Works means any construction, refurbishment, upgrade and renovation works carried out or to be carried out on or to the Leased Premises as notified to the Lessee by the Lessor from time to time.
Lessor’s Works has the meaning given in the Preliminary Agreement;
Lessor’s Works means works to construct the Premises according to the Preliminary Agreement and the Project Documentation developed and agreed upon under Clause 3.1 of the Preliminary Agreement, performed by force and at the expense of the Lessor until the time of signing the Lease Agreement and all Supplementary Agreements thereto in respect of the Premises;

More Definitions of Lessor’s Works

Lessor’s Works means the totality of general construction and installation and other works to be performed by the Lessor on the Complex and preparation of the Premises for the Lessee’s Works and further operation of the Premises by the Lessor and the Lessee in accordance with the Certificate of Delineation of Operational Responsibility, pursuant to the conditions of the Long-term Lease Agreement. The period during which the Works shall be performed, the list of the Works, and the procedure for their performance are specified in the Agreement and Appendix 1:4 to the Agreement (Schedule and Interaction of the Parties).
Lessor’s Works means the work to be completed by the Lessor to the Premises, with the details of the Lessor’s Works set out in the Interior Base Build Inclusions (which are subject to change) within the Manukau Bus Station Tenancy Manual attached as Schedule 3 of this Lease.
Lessor’s Works means the construction of a Common Area corridor wall and inter-tenancy wall.
Lessor’s Works means the construction of an intertenancy wall in the position agreed between the Lessor and the Lessee.
Lessor’s Works means the totality of general construction and installation and other works to be performed by the Lessor in relation to Xxxxx 0, Xxxxx 2 and Phase 3 and preparation of Premises 1 for the Lessee’s Works and subsequent operation of Premises 1 by the Lessor and the Lessee in accordance with the Certificate of Delineation of Operational Responsibility, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Long-term Lease Agreement. Appendix 1.4 to the Agreement “Schedule and interaction of the Parties” specifies the procedure and deadlines of interaction between the Parties. In addition, columns 16-18, 41-61, 66 of Appendix 1.4 to the Agreement “Schedule and interaction of the Parties” contain an approximate list of the Lessor’s Works and approximate deadlines of their implementation. For the avoidance of doubt, the Lessor shall not be responsible for compliance with these intermediate deadlines for performance of the Lessor’s Works and may adjust them at its discretion.
