Exhibition Facilities definition

Exhibition Facilities means all venues or facilities in which or where the Show is conducted. “Show Dates” mean the dates over which the Show is conducted including move-in, show days and move-out days at the “Exhibition Facilities”. “Show Management” means MultiMedia Animal Care, LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company and its owners, directors, offi cers, members, agents, af liates, representatives, employees, service contractors, successors and assigns, unless the context requires otherwise. “Facility Management” means the owner o rmanager of the Exhibition Facilities in which the Show is conducted, and its employees and agents. “Exhibitor” means the applicant identifi ed on the front hereof. Exhibit space (“Exhibit Space” or “Booth Space”) means the space applied for herein. “Exhibit Space Fee” means the required Participation/Exhibit Space fee, including all deposits and other fees to be paid to Show Management as set forth on the front of this Agreement. Show Management and Exhibitor are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” and “Party” i n thesingular.

Exhibit space (“Exhibit Space” or “Booth Space”) means the space applied for herein. “Exhibit Space Fee” means the required Exhibit Space fee, including all deposits and other fees to be paid to Show Management as set forth on the front of this Agreement. Show Management and Exhibitor are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” and “Party” in the singular.
Exhibition Facilities means the exhibition/convention venue/s where the Event will be held, including but not limited to the Music City Center and any other venues used for the Event. RULES AND REGULATIONS/EXHIBITOR SERVICES MANUAL: Please read the Summer NAMM Show- Event Rules and Regulations (the “Rules and Regulations”), the rules and regulations of the Exhibition Facility and the Exhibitor Services Manual posted on-line at xxx.xxxx.xxx, which set forth important terms, including but not limited to, the use of the Exhibit Space, Exhibitor’s conduct, particularly sound control regulations, liability provisions, use of Intellectual Property, a covenant not to sue NAMM, an agreement to indemnify NAMM, and other rules and regulations related to the Exhibit Space and the Event. In addition to the Rules and Regulations posted on-line at xxx.xxxx.xxx, the Exhibitor Services Manual includes additional information integral to participation at the Event, including but not limited to: official contractor order forms, registration, shipping delivery and storage of shipments, freight handling (drayage), utilities, electrical and building services/ regulations, exhibitor display rules, installation/ dismantle Exhibit Space labor to be supplied by NAMM’s official contractors; and move-in/move- out schedule, official Event schedule and hours of operation, rental of furniture, additional services and other Event information necessary to aid Exhibitors.

  • For the entrance of the personnel of the exhibition stand within Exhibition Facilities an exhibitor entrance card is required.

  • Entrance to Exhibition Facilities is free of charge to Exhibitors' crews during preparation time, assembling and dismantling of exhibition stands; however, TIF-HELEXPO S.A. security personnel have the right to check the identity of individuals entering its premises.

  • Show Management makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, to Exhibitor regarding the condition of the Exhibition Facilities or the utilities provided by the Exhibition Facilities, or the success of Exhibitor’s efforts for which the Exhibit Space will be used or to the number of Show attendees or the demographic nature of such attendees.

Related to Exhibition Facilities

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
