Existing Facilities definition

Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
Existing Facilities means, collectively, the Existing Servicing Advance Facilities, the Existing Warehouse Facilities and the Existing MSR Facilities.
Existing Facilities means the collective reference to (a) the credit facility established pursuant to that certain Credit Agreement dated as of April 22, 2004 (as amended, restated, supplemented or modified) by and among the Original U.S. Borrower and the Borrower, as borrowers, JPMorgan Chase Bank, as U.S. administrative agent, The Bank of Nova Scotia, as Canadian administrative agent and the lenders party thereto and (b) the conduit facility established pursuant that certain Loan Agreement dated as of December 19, 2002 (as amended, restated, supplemented or modified) by and among Bowater Funding Inc., as borrower, the U.S. Borrower, as initial servicer, the lenders party thereto, SunTrust Capital Markets, Inc. and Wachovia Bank, National Association, as co-agents, and SunTrust Capital Markets, Inc., as administrative agent.

Examples of Existing Facilities in a sentence

  • Existing facilities are defined by their semiconductor manufacturing capacity at the time the qualified property is placed in service; facilities that undergo significant renovations after being placed in service will no longer qualify as existing facilities within the meaning of this paragraph (b)(5).

More Definitions of Existing Facilities

Existing Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
Existing Facilities means existing power lines, substations or power plants;
Existing Facilities means that portion of the existing Company Gardenville Arcadia 151 transmission line located in Erie County Orchard Park NY, and related facilities.
Existing Facilities means the (i) term loan facility agreement originally dated 29 March 2011 (as amended), (ii) the revolving credit facility agreement originally dated 4 May 2012 (as amended), both entered into between PRA Group Europe AS (formerly Aktiv Kapital AS) as the borrower and the Lenders and the Agent and (iii) a NOK 350,000,000 bridge loan between DNB Bank ASA and PRA Group Europe AS (formerly Aktiv Kapital AS) dated 24 June 2014.
Existing Facilities means, for each Institution, the facilities (including equipment) of such Institution described in Exhibit A-2, together with all improvements, repairs, extensions or replacements, hereafter constructed or acquired that have not been converted to non-income use or abandoned for non-economic feasibility, as determined by resolution of the Board and filed with the Executive Director.
Existing Facilities means the facilities made available under the Existing Facility Agreements.
Existing Facilities means consumer facilities ready and acceptable to the Cooperative, where the Cooperative needs only to install or read a meter or turn on the service.
