Existing Facilities definition

Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
Existing Facilities means the collective reference to (a) the credit facility established pursuant to that certain Credit Agreement dated as of April 22, 2004 (as amended, restated, supplemented or modified) by and among the Original U.S. Borrower and the Borrower, as borrowers, JPMorgan Chase Bank, as U.S. administrative agent, The Bank of Nova Scotia, as Canadian administrative agent and the lenders party thereto and (b) the conduit facility established pursuant that certain Loan Agreement dated as of December 19, 2002 (as amended, restated, supplemented or modified) by and among Bowater Funding Inc., as borrower, the U.S. Borrower, as initial servicer, the lenders party thereto, SunTrust Capital Markets, Inc. and Wachovia Bank, National Association, as co-agents, and SunTrust Capital Markets, Inc., as administrative agent.

More Definitions of Existing Facilities

Existing Facilities means existing power lines, substations or power plants;
Existing Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Existing Facilities means, for each Institution, the facilities (including equipment) of such Institution described in Exhibit A-2, together with all improvements, repairs, extensions or replacements, hereafter constructed or acquired that have not been converted to non-income use or abandoned for non-economic feasibility, as determined by resolution of the Board and filed with the Executive Director.
Existing Facilities has the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.
Existing Facilities refers to those credit agreements listed on Schedule I hereto.
Existing Facilities means the collective reference to (a) the $750,000,000 Revolving Credit and Competitive Advance Facility Agreement and the $250,000,000 Revolving Credit and Competitive Advance Facility Agreement, each dated November 4, 1996, among EPNGC, the several financial institutions from time to time parties thereto and Chase, as Administrative Agent and CAF Advance Agent and (b) the EPTPC Facility.
