Common Facility definition

Common Facility. Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry and meeting room and or car park.
Common Facility means a facility associated with 2 or more dwellings that is for the use of the occupants of the dwellings;
Common Facility means any street, sidewalk, facility, building or structure in the Estate that is the property of the Association and that may be used for the purposes, and on the conditions, from time to time determined by the Association or the Trustee Committee;
