Exhibition Facility definition

Exhibition Facility or “Exhibition Facilities” means the exhibition/convention venue/s where the Event will be held, including but not limited to the Anaheim Convention Center and any other venues used for the Event.

RULES AND REGULATIONS/EXHIBITOR SERVICES MANUAL: Please read the Summer NAMM Show- Event Rules and Regulations (the “Rules and Regulations”), the rules and regulations of the Exhibition Facility and the Exhibitor Services Manual posted on-line at xxx.xxxx.xxx, which set forth important terms, including but not limited to, the use of the Exhibit Space, Exhibitor’s conduct, particularly sound control regulations, liability provisions, use of Intellectual Property, a covenant not to xxx NAMM, an agreement to indemnify NAMM, and other rules and regulations related to the Exhibit Space and the Event. In addition to the Rules and Regulations posted on-line at xxx.xxxx.xxx, the Exhibitor Services Manual includes additional information integral to participation at the Event, including but not limited to: official contractor order forms, registration, shipping delivery and storage of shipments, freight handling (drayage), utilities, electrical and building services/ regulations, exhibitor display rules, installation/ dismantle Exhibit Space labor to be supplied by NAMM’s official contractors; and move-in/move- out schedule, official Event schedule and hours of operation, rental of furniture, additional services and other Event information necessary to aid Exhibitors.

  • If any part of an Exhibition Facility is damaged or if circumstances beyond Show Management’s reasonable control make it impossible, impractical or inadvisable for Show Management to permit Exhibitor to occupy or continue to occupy its assigned Exhibit Space location during any part of or the entire Show, Show Management will retain the right to relocate Exhibitor.

  • Exhibitor acknowledges that Show Management and Hall Management reserve the right to remove all persons and property from the Exhibition Facility without the necessity of or resorting to any legal proceeding and at any time may eject unruly, disorderly or otherwise disruptive persons from the Hall, including the facilities licensed to Exhibitor and Exhibitor hereby waives any right or claim for damages in connection with the exercise by Show Management or Hall Management of this right.

  • In the Event of any conflict, inconsistency, or incongruity NAMM, the Exhibition Facility, and the City of Nashville and their respective between any provision of this Contract and any provision of the Rules and members, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees from Regulations or the Exhibitor Services Manual, the provisions of this Contract any and all claims of any nature whatsoever, including attorney’s fees, shall govern and control.

Exhibition Facility means a facility, including but not limited to, a circus, zoological garden, aquarium and travelling exhibition, that keeps specimens of listed threatened or protected marine species for public display or performance purposes, or for the purpose of facilitating any kind of interaction between humans and live specimens of such listed species;
