Facility Management. The completion of this document is a required annual benchmark. This exercise will clearly indicate the strengths of both parties and identify areas for improvement. Based on the outcome, the parties will develop goals, planning strategies, determine resources, time lines and proposed budgets. This will provide information to assess the HRM investment/community impact.
