Data Processor Personnel definition

Data Processor Personnel means all directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the Data Processor and/or of any Data Sub-Processor engaged in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;
Data Processor Personnel means all persons with access to Upfield Personal Data engaged by you in the provision of Services under the Agreement, including employees, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and agents, as well as anyone directly or indirectly employed or retained by any of them. • GDPR means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as may be amended from time to time.
