No Relevant Party is in default or violation of any order, writ, injunction, decree or demand of any Governmental.
Each Borrower shall, and shall cause each Relevant Party to, not commit or suffer to be committed any act or omission affording any Governmental Authority the right of forfeiture as against any Property or any part thereof.
