Relevant Party definition

Relevant Party means the Borrower, each of the Owners, any other Security Party and each member of the Group from time to time;
Relevant Party means each Loan Party and Sponsor (and, collectively “Relevant Parties”).
Relevant Party means in respect of each Dealer, each of its affiliates and each person who controls them (within the meaning of section 15 of the Securities Act or section 20 of the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended), together with each of its directors, officers, employees and agents.

  • No Relevant Party is in default or violation of any order, writ, injunction, decree or demand of any Governmental.
