Network Customer definition

Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:
Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
Network Customer has the meaning set forth in the PJM Tariff.

  • The actual hourly Network Loads, by delivery point, internal generation site and point where power may flow to and from the Network Customer, with separate readings for each direction of flow, shall be provided.

  • The Parties shall operate and maintain their respective systems in a manner that will allow the Host Transmission Owners and the Network Customer to operate their systems and the Transmission Provider to perform its obligations consistent with Good Utility Practice.

  • If the Network Customer does not own the meter, the Host Transmission Owners shall make available, upon request, all load data and other data obtained by the Host Transmission Owners from the relevant delivery point meter, if available utilizing existing equipment.

  • Network Customer shall provide to (or provide for, if the Network Customer is not the meter owner) the Host Transmission Owners access to load data and other data available from any delivery point meter.

Network Customer. A Participant or Non-Participant receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Network Integration Transmission Service under Part II and Part VI of the Tariff.
