Council Data definition

Council Data means any information provided by, obtained or created on behalf of the Council in delivering the services specified in this Agreement;
Council Data means all information, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds which are embodied in any electronic or tangible medium, and which: (a) are supplied by the Council to the Trust under this Agreement; or (b) are held by the Council but accessed by the Trust under this Agreement;
Council Data means (i) all data, records, information, text, drawings, reports diagrams, images, or sounds generated or processed by the Concessionaire or provided to the Concessionaire for processing under this Contract which at all times shall remain the property of the Council; or (ii) any documentation and information produced by or received from or on behalf of the Council in relation to the Services and stored on whatever media;

  • If at any time the Contractor suspects or has reason to believe that Council Data has or may become corrupted, lost or sufficiently degraded in any way for any reason, then the Contractor shall notify the Council via the Council’s ICT Helpdesk immediately and inform the Council of the remedial action the Contractor proposes to take.

  • The Contractor shall check for and delete Malicious Software and if Malicious Software is found, the parties shall co-operate to reduce the effect of the Malicious Software and, particularly if Malicious Software causes loss of operational efficiency or loss or corruption of Council Data, assist each other to mitigate any losses and to restore the Services to their desired operating efficiency.

  • To the extent that Council Data is held and/or processed by the Contractor, the Contractor shall supply that Council Data to the Council as requested by the Council in any format specified in this Agreement or if none specified in any format reasonably requested by the Council.

  • The Contractor shall not delete or remove any copyright or proprietary notices contained within or relating to the Council Data.

  • The Contractor shall not store, copy, disclose, or use the Council Data except as necessary for the performance by the Contractor of its obligations under this Agreement or as otherwise expressly authorised in writing by the Council and in particular the Contractor shall not store any Council Data, which the Council has notified the Contractor requires storage in an encrypted format, on any portable device or media unless that device is encrypted.

  • The Contractor shall take responsibility for preserving the integrity of Council Data and preventing the corruption or loss of Council Data and shall take such back up copies of the Council Data at regular intervals appropriate to the frequency of the revision of the Council Data.

  • Such records shall be Council Data and shall be provided to the Council in such searchable and identifiable form as the Council may request at any stage during the Contract Period.

  • Any Council Equipment or Council Data situated at the Provider's premises shall be clearly marked as the property of the Council.

  • The Provider shall maintain security safeguards against the destruction or loss or unauthorised use or alteration of records irrespective of the storage media which are under the Provider’s control as part of the Services including the Council Data.

  • The Provider shall not provide all or any part of the Services nor store any Council Data at any premises which have not been approved by the Contract Manager.


More Definitions of Council Data

Council Data means all Information and materials provided by or on behalf of the Council, entered into or stored in or on the Cloud Service by or on behalf of the Council, produced using the Cloud Service, or processed, produced or derived using that Information and materials, including without limitation:Information about or relating to the Council, its policies, procedures and/or operations;documents (including electronic records); reports produced by the Cloud Service for the Council; Personal Information;de-identified and/or aggregated data; metadata, and Information and materials to the extent that they incorporate or are based on the Information and materials referred to in this item.
Council Data means any data, text, drawings, images or sounds (together with any database made up of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which are: (a) supplied to the Provider on behalf of the Council; (b) which the Provider is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Services Contract; or (c) any Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data for which the Council is Data Controller under the DPA 1998 “DBS” the Disclosure and Barring Service established under section 87 of the Protection of Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000;
Council Data means: (a) the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which are: (i) supplied to the Contractor by or on behalf of the Council; or (ii) which the Contractor is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to the Contract; or (b) any Personal Data for which the Council is the Data Controller;
Council Data means: (a) the information, data, text, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) or any other materials (in any medium) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical, tangible or portable media, or in any other format or media and which are: (i) supplied or in respect of which access is granted to the Concessionaire by or on behalf of the Council; or (ii) which the Concessionaire is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Contract; (b) any Personal Data for which the Council is the Controller; and (c) any other data, information or materials (in any medium) which come into the possession of the Concessionaire in connection with or as a result of the provision of the Services including without limitation any data, information or materials held or stored in the Concessionaire's computer systems; Council Equipment means the items listed in the Council Equipment Inventory prepared by the Council and appended to this Contract at [ ] including any additional equipment procured by the Concessionaire on the Council’s behalf and at the Council’s cost and all replacement Council Equipment whether funded by the Council or the Concessionaire in accordance with Condition 24.3;
Council Data means:a) the data, case management information, text, drawings, diagrams, documents, records, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media and which are:i. supplied or communicated to the Service Provider by or on behalf of the Council;ii. inputted into the Council IT systems or the Service Providers IT system by the Council or the Council’s Representatives; oriii. which the Service Provider is required to access, generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Contract, whether on the Council IT systems or the Service Providers IT system; orb) any Personal Data for which the Council is the Data Controller; “Data Controller” has the meaning given to that term in the Data Protection Legislation in force from time to time; “Data Processor” has the meaning given to that term in the Data Protection Legislation in force from time to time; "Data Protection Impact Assessment" an assessment carried out pursuant to Article 35 of the General Data Protection Regulation; “Data Protection Legislation” the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, the Investigatory Powers Act 2016, the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000 and from 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation and any legislation implemented in connection with the General Data Protection Regulation and any replacement legislation coming into effect from time to time and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data and privacy, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner; "Data Security Breach" any breach of security or confidentiality leading to the accidental or unlawfuldestruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data; “Data Subject” has the meaning given to that term in the Data Protection Legislation in force from time to time; "General Data Protection Regulation" Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data; "Information Commissioner's Office" the office of the Information Commissioner, being the regulator appointed in the UK as the data p...
