Council Equipment definition

Council Equipment means the items of loose equipment (being items of equipment which are moveable and not treated as a fixture and fitting) owned or leased by the Council, and used in the Facilities and loaned to the Trust pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Council’s Equipment as at the Commencement Date is set out in the Capital Renewals Schedule;
Council Equipment means any equipment that is owned or made available by Council and which might be required under this Contract including the items listed in item 17 of Schedule 30;
Council Equipment means the items listed in the Council Equipment Inventory prepared by the Council and appended to this Agreement at Appendix 5 to Schedule 2 including any additional equipment procured by the Concessionaire on the Council’s behalf and at the Council’s cost and all replacement Council Equipment whether funded by the Council or the Concessionaire in accordance with Clause 11.3;

Examples of Council Equipment in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall be liable for any loss of or damage to any of the British Council Equipment caused by the negligence or default of the Supplier.

  • The Supplier shall maintain all of the British Council Equipment in good and serviceable condition (fair wear and tear excepted) and shall only use the British Council Equipment in accordance with the British Council Equipment manufacturers’ recommendations.

  • The British Council Equipment shall remain the property of the British Council and shall be used by the Supplier in the performance of the Services and for no other purposes.

  • The Supplier shall not in any circumstances have any right to refuse to return to the British Council any of the British Council Equipment and shall take steps necessary to ensure that the title of the British Council and the British Council’s right to repossess the British Council Equipment are effectively brought to the attention of any third party dealing with any of the British Council Equipment.

  • The British Council shall be responsible for the repair or replacement of the British Council Equipment unless the need for repair or replacement is caused by the Supplier’s failure to comply with clause 9.3 or by the negligence or default of the Supplier.

  • Any item of equipment which was not Council Equipment shall remain the property and responsibility of the Provider or relevant third party and shall not, unless expressly provided to the contrary in the Contract, be delivered up to the Council at the end of the Contract Period.

  • Any Council Equipment or Council Data situated at the Provider's premises shall be clearly marked as the property of the Council.

  • In such circumstances, and for the avoidance of doubt, the Council shall be entitled to cease to maintain any item of Council Equipment when it considers, in its absolute discretion that such Council Equipment has reached the end of its useful life and is no longer economically viable to maintain.

  • The Provider shall use the Council Equipment solely in connection with the provision of the Services and shall make good any damage to the Council Equipment caused by the Provider, its Sub-Contractors, Staff, servants or agents.

  • The Provider shall be responsible for the maintenance of the Council Equipment at its own expense except where it is stated in this Contract that any such maintenance shall be carried out at the Council's expense.

Related to Council Equipment

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Medical equipment means equipment used in a patient care environment to support patient treatment and diagnosis.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Air pollution control equipment means a mechanism, device, or contrivance used to control or prevent air pollution, that is not, aside from air pollution control laws and administrative regulations, vital to production of the normal product of the source or to its normal operation.

  • Major medical equipment means medical equipment which is used for the provision of medical and other health services and which costs in excess of the capital expenditure minimum, except that such term does not include medical equipment acquired by or on behalf of a clinical laboratory to provide clinical laboratory services if the clinical laboratory is independent of a physician's office and a hospital and it has been determined under Title XVIII of the Social Security Act to meet the requirements of paragraphs (10) and (11) of Section 1861(s) of such Act. In determining whether medical equipment has a value in excess of the capital expenditure minimum, the value of studies, surveys, designs, plans, working drawings, specifications, and other activities essential to the acquisition of such equipment shall be included.

  • Transportation equipment means 1 or more of the following:

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Rental Equipment means tangible personal property sold, rented, leased, or licensed to customers to the extent that the item is actually used by the customer for rental, lease, or license to others; provided that:

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.

  • Durable medical equipment means equipment which:

  • Plant means the machinery and apparatus intended to form or forming part of the Works.

  • Additional Equipment means any equipment you might purchase from a supplier other than us(whether or not this supplier is recommended by us).

  • Sewage system means the entire sewage treatment and subsurface disposal system;

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.
