Sensitive Personal Data. “Sensitive Personal Data” is a subset of Personal Data, which due to its nature has been classified by Law or by SPONSOR policy as deserving additional privacy and security protections. Sensitive Personal Data consists of: (i) all government-issued identification numbers (including social security, passport, national ID and driver’s license numbers); (ii) all financial account numbers (including payment or credit card numbers and bank account numbers); (iii) individually identifiable health information hereafter referred to as “Personal Health Data” (PHD); (iv) biometric information; (v) all data obtained from a consumer reporting agency (such as employee background investigation reports, credit reports, and credit scores); and (vi) data elements revealing race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, trade union membership, sex life or sexual orientation, and criminal records or allegations of crimes
Sensitive Personal Data. Sensitive personal data refers to specific types of data that are treated as particularly sensitive, such as racial or ethnic origin, religion, criminal convictions, trade union membership and health data (collectively, “Sensitive Data”). Additional security and protection measures (e.g., physical security devices, restricted access) are provided for Sensitive Data. Company will obtain, where required by law, your explicit consent to the processing of any Sensitive Data about you.
Sensitive Personal Data. The Personal Data concerns the following categories of Sensitive Personal Data (if any):
Sensitive Personal Data. Customer agrees not to use the On-demand Services or Managed Services to collect, process, or store any Sensitive Personal Data of its employees, customers, partners, site visitors, or any third party. Customer agrees not to transmit, disclose, or make available Sensitive Personal Data to Adobe or Adobe’s third-party providers.

The Personal Data concerns the following categories of Sensitive Personal Data (if any): Racial or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious and other beliefs of a similar nature; criminal offences / convictions (including alleged offences); Trade Union Membership; Physical or mental health conditions; sexual life; Criminal proceedings, outcomes and sentences.
Sensitive Personal Data. You and any MSR End–User shall not use these Modular Services where the processing of sensitive personal data is required, including but not limited to details of an individual's race or ethnic origin, health data or sexual orientation. Should You or MSR End- User require Dell to collect and process sensitive personal data or have a request outside of the scope of the Modular Services please contact us and we shall discuss possible alternative solutions. The parties agree that if one party is held liable for a violation of this clause committed by the other party, the latter will, to the extent to which it is liable, indemnify the first party for any cost, charge, damages, expenses or loss it has incurred.
Sensitive Personal Data. The categories of sensitive personal data that may be handled by Language Line TI Ltd include but are not limited to customers and its affiliates: Information about religion/ faith; ethnicity; sexual orientation; dietary requirements; health details
Sensitive Personal Data. The sensitive Personal Data that may be Processed are • Chat conversations in cases the customer’s users are using that function/service. • Call recording if the call recording service is a part of the Data Processor’s service.

If we ask you for this information, we will always explain why this is necessary. We will only share such sensitive personal data with your University with your consent, or in other exceptional circumstances, e.g. where there is a potential risk of harm to either yourself or to others, or a risk of a serious crime being committed potentially endangering the lives of others. In circumstances where the sharing of sensitive personal data without consent is necessary, this will be assessed on a case by case basis, will be in a strictly confidential manner and only to those individuals who need to know as part of their job.

In that latter scenario, we will only share your personal data where: • You are unable to provide consent, due to physical or mental incapacity, and it is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of yourself or third parties. This includes circumstances in which there is a potential risk of serious harm, or a real risk of a serious crime which presents a danger to life; or • It is necessary in for the purposes of providing healthcare assistance to you. In circumstances where the sharing of sensitive personal data without consent is necessary, this will be assessed on a case by case basis, will be in a strictly confidential manner and only to those individuals who need to know as part of their job.
