Contractual Services are defined as those specified services established within the OAG approved budget for which the Provider is to be paid upon completion at the set rate also established within the OAG approved budget, as authorized expenditures eligible for payment, or reimbursement pursuant to ARTICLE 9, AUTHORIZED EXPENDITURES, of this Agreement.
Contractual Services means rendering time and effort rather than furnishing specific goods or commodities. Contractual services do not include legal (including attorneys, paralegals, court reporters and expert witnesses, including appraisers), artistic, auditing, health, or academic program services, or professional services (as defined in Section 287.055(2)(a), Florida Statutes and these Rules) and shall generally be considered the services referenced by Section 287.012(8), Florida Statutes. Contractual services do not include the extension of an existing contract for services if such extension is provided for in the contract terms.
Contractual Services means the rendering by a contractor of its time and effort rather than the furnishing of specific commodities. The term applies only to those services rendered by individuals and firms who are independent contractors, and such services may include, but are not limited to, evaluations; consultations; maintenance; accounting; security; management systems; management consulting; educational training programs; research and development studies or reports on the findings of consultants engaged there under; and professional, technical, and social services.

For all services, other than those set forth in Section 4.1 which are the only services covered by the Basic Fee, Licensee agrees that it will, and will require all of its exhibitors and other invitees to, utilize Contractual Services either provided directly by Licensor or by an Authorized Contractor of Licensor.
Such indemnification by the Licensee shall apply unless such damage or injury results from the sole negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Licensor or any person contracted or hired by Licensor to perform Exclusive Contractual Services.
The Licensor shall have the right from time to time, without prejudice to any other right or remedy the Licensor may have hereunder or by law, to apply, without notice to the Licensee, such deposit, or any part thereof, to the Licensor's damages arising from any Event of Default caused by the Licensee or to pay any of the Licensee's obligations for any of the Exclusive Contractual Services contracted for by the Licensee pursuant to Article IV.
For purposes of this Agreement, "Authorized Contractor" means those persons or companies Licensor has approved to provide Contractual Services at the Facilities as of the date Licensee executes this Agreement or as approved as provided below.
To the extent available, the Principal shall provide the Contractor with all information related to the DM Services or the Future DM Services necessary for the implementation of the Contractual Services under this Agreement.
More Definitions of Contractual Services
Contractual Services means the furnishing of labor by a contractor, not involving the delivery of a specific end product other than reports, which are merely incidental to the required performance and includes any and all laundry and cleaning service, pest control service, janitorial service, security service, the rental and repair, or maintenance, of equipment, machinery and other state-owned personal property, advertising and photostating, mimeographing, human services and other service arrangements where the services are provided by persons other than state employees. "Contractual services" includes the design, development and implementation of technology, communications or telecommunications systems or the infrastructure pertaining thereto, including hardware and software and services for which a contractor is conferred a benefit by the state, whether or not compensated by the state. "Contractual services" does not include employment agreements or collective bargaining agreements;
Contractual Services means the rendering of a contractor’s time and effort without the furnishing of commodities. Any contract providing for the acquisition of both services and commodities is deemed to be a contract for the acquisition of commodities. Consultants’ reports for use within state government shall not be considered a commodity.
