Contractual Services definition

Contractual Services are defined as those specified services established within the OAG approved budget for which the Provider is to be paid upon completion at the set rate also established within the OAG approved budget, as authorized expenditures eligible for payment, or reimbursement pursuant to ARTICLE 9, AUTHORIZED EXPENDITURES, of this Agreement.
Contractual Services means rendering time and effort rather than furnishing specific goods or commodities. Contractual services do not include legal (including attorneys, paralegals, court reporters and expert witnesses, including appraisers), artistic, auditing, health, or academic program services, or professional services (as defined in Section 287.055(2)(a), Florida Statutes and these Rules) and shall generally be considered the services referenced by Section 287.012(8), Florida Statutes. Contractual services do not include the extension of an existing contract for services if such extension is provided for in the contract terms.
Contractual Services means the rendering by a contractor of its time and effort rather than the furnishing of specific commodities. The term applies only to those services rendered by individuals and firms who are independent contractors, and such services may include, but are not limited to, evaluations; consultations; maintenance; accounting; security; management systems; management consulting; educational training programs; research and development studies or reports on the findings of consultants engaged there under; and professional, technical, and social services.
