Pest Control Service. The Tenant shall regularly examine and exterminate all pests including and not limited to rodents, cockroaches, ants and termites in the Property at least once a month.

The Deputy Bursar will ensure that the College is a Pest free environment as far as reasonably possible. After each and every visit, the College contractor will ensure there is a written report on the findings of the inspections and the steps to be taken in respect of each finding, such a report must be available to be inspected by the College 7 days after the visit. The contractor shall keep a record of the pesticides to be used in the provision of the service. This record is to be available for inspection by the College. The contractor shall only use those pesticides, which have been approved under the relevant legislation or guidance. The contractor shall ensure that their staff are adequately trained in the use of the pesticides and all other specific aspects of this service. The contractor shall supply all materials and equipment necessary to carry out this Pest Control Service. The contractor shall keep all dangerous materials and equipment under control and safe keeping with all pesticides clearly and correctly identifiable by labels on all containers. In the application of these pest control materials and equipment extreme care must be exercised by the contractor to ensure that appropriate pest control media are chosen in areas the College considers that there is a high risk to its users.

Emergency Home Assistance Service Hotline – +000 0000 0000 Section 5 – Building (Optional) Events which are Insured Zurich will indemnify You and/or a member of Your Household for the costs and expenses which You and/or a member of Your Household may incur in the repair or replacement of any hidden Fixtures and/or structural parts of Your Home arising out of any Accidental loss destruction or damage to Your Home that happens in any one Period of Insurance. For the avoidance of doubt, hidden Fixtures in this Section shall include and be limited to the drains, pipes, cables and wires that are for the sole use of Your Home.

Pest Control Service. We have contracted with a registered structural pest control company to provide pest control services to the Apartment periodically. You have received a written notice regarding pesticides used on the Apartment.

The Private Party shall provide a scheduled pest control service to maintain the Facilities reasonably free from infestation by pest species of public health significance or nuisance to the CoT employees and other persons using the Facilities at all times. The Private Party shall deal with any such infestation which may arise so as to minimise the risk to public health and/or disruption to the operation of the CoT. Reasonable care shall be taken in providing the Pest Control Service especially where sprays that are toxic are used.
