From and after the date of this Amendment No. 1, whenever the term “Agreement” appears in the Agreement, it shall mean the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement.
The term Supplemental Task Authorization as used refers to a written document executed by both parties to an existing Professional Services Agreement, or Service Provider Agreement, setting forth and authorizing a limited number of Professional Services, tasks, or work.
Such Supplemental Task Authorizations are consistent with and have previously been included within the scope of services in the initial Professional Services Agreement, or Service Provider Agreement, for which authorization has not been previously given or budgeted.
