Services definition

Services means those functional services ancillary to the supply of the goods, such as transportation and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, catering, gardening, security, maintenance and other such obligations of the supplier covered under the contract.

Services means the tasks, functions, and responsibilities assigned and delegated to Contractor under the Contract.

The Company shall pay the 1/12 of the amount of the Annual Consultant Fee to the Consultant once per calendar month (each of such payment intervals, “Payment Cycle”), provided that the Consultant performs the Services required to be performed in each of such Payment Cycle.
