Conform definition

Conform means to make a person's legal name consistent in all official identity documents by correcting a misspelling, inconsistency, or other error in an official identity document.
Conform means that the Product conforms, in all respects, (a) to the applicable Specifications; (b) was Manufactured in accordance with cGMP and Applicable Law; and (c) is not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Act or within the meaning of any applicable state or municipal law in which the definitions of adulteration and misbranding are substantially the same as those contained in the Act.

Conform or “Conforming” means, with respect to Product, that such Product:

Force Majeure means the occurrence of any act, event or circumstance (or any combination of acts, events, or circumstances) which is unforeseeable, insurmountable and outside the reasonable control of the Party which invokes it (taking all reasonable steps to minimise such effects), and which renders such Party unable to comply with (in whole or in part) of its obligations under the Contract. However, Force Majeure shall not include any event or circumstance set out in Clause 19.4(a) of any Party, strikes (except national or regional strikes), lock-outs or other industrial disputes or actions affecting Supplier or its Subcontractors and their respective Personnel, and/or any failure to make any payment due in accordance with the Contract and/or the enactment and/or implementation and/or enforcement of Sanctions Laws / Regulations. Good Industry Practice means any circumstances, practices, methods and procedures and that degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably be expected to be observed by a professional, skilled and experienced contractor engaged in carrying out activities the same as, or similar to, those contemplated under the Contract under the same or similar circumstances.   • Product Specifications means the quality and other specifications set forth on Appendix 2 to this Agreement.
