Product Specifications definition

Product Specifications means the specifications for the Supplied Product contained in the applicable Regulatory Approval and any specifications mutually agreed to by the Parties established in connection with the Supplied Product and changes to such specifications made in accordance with the Quality Agreement. The initial Product Specifications are set forth on Schedule 2.

Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

• If Pfizer delivers a Notice of Non-Conformance in respect of all or any part of a shipment of the Drug Substance, and Protalix does not agree with Pfizer’s determination that such shipment fails to meet the Product Specifications (or is otherwise a short shipment), the parties shall in good faith attempt to resolve such dispute at the Supply Chain Committee.

More Definitions of Product Specifications

Product Specifications means the manufacturing specifications, technical specifications and test protocols relating to the Manufacturing and performance characteristics of the Product, as set forth on Exhibit B.

Product Specifications means the specifications for the Product set forth in the Quality Agreement, as such may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms;

Product Specifications means the Chaparral Product Specifications for Liquid Hydrocarbon Products referenced in Item 5 of this tariff, as may be modified, changed, or replaced by Carrier from time to time.

Product Specifications means the specifications, attributes, and standards as described on product datasheets attached to Exhibit A and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 2(b).
