Product Specifications means the technical and functional specifications for a Product as outlined in the Product Design Document (as may be amended by the parties in writing pursuant to the terms of this Agreement).

Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

Product Specifications means the quality and other specifications set forth on Appendix 2 to this Agreement.

• If Pfizer delivers a Notice of Non-Conformance in respect of all or any part of a shipment of the Drug Substance, and Protalix does not agree with Pfizer’s determination that such shipment fails to meet the Product Specifications (or is otherwise a short shipment), the parties shall in good faith attempt to resolve such dispute at the Supply Chain Committee.

• If Pfizer determines that any shipment of the Drug Substance does not conform to the Product Specifications (or is otherwise a short shipment), it shall promptly notify Protalix within [***] following such determination in compliance with the procedures set forth in the Quality Agreement.

• Protalix and Pfizer shall have thirty (30) days, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, from the date of Protalix’s receipt of a Notice of Non-Conformance to resolve such dispute regarding whether all or any part of such shipment was Manufactured in conformance with the Product Specifications (or was otherwise a short shipment).

More Definitions of Product Specifications

Product Specifications means the Chaparral Product Specifications for Liquid Hydrocarbon Products referenced in Item 5 of this tariff, as may be modified, changed, or replaced by Carrier from time to time.

Product Specifications means the specifications for the Product set forth in the Quality Agreement, as such may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms;

Product Specifications means the manufacturing and product specifications for such Product described on Exhibit B, attached hereto, details of which may be further amended by the parties according to the terms hereof.

Product Specifications means those product, process, Manufacturing and labeling specifications used by Seller in the Manufacture of Products in compliance with all applicable Regulatory Requirements, including Product formula and materials required for the Manufacture of the Products that are to be manufactured, purchased and supplied under this Agreement, as such are in effect as of the Effective Date, as such specifications may be amended from time to time as required by any Regulatory Requirements or by the mutual written agreement of the Parties.

Product Specifications means the specifications for the Product set forth in Attachment 1, as they may be amended or supplemented by the parties pursuant to Section 2.4.

Product Specifications means the product and performance specifications for Product, including Product formulae and materials required for the manufacture of Product.
