Applicable Specifications definition

Applicable Specifications means the functional, performance, operational, compatibility, and other specifications or characteristics of a Product described in applicable Documentation and such other specifications or characteristics of a Product agreed upon in writing by the parties.
Applicable Specifications means the functional, performance, operational and compatibility characteristics of the Product(s) as more fully set forth in the Statement of Work.
Applicable Specifications means Applicable CI Plus Specification and CI Plus License Specification.

Applicable Specifications means the functional and operational characteristics of the Version of the Product as described in LICENSOR’s published product manual available at xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.
Applicable Specifications means, in the case of any Licensed Software, the functional, performance and operational characteristics of such Licensed Software as set forth in the System Documentation.
