Specifications definition

Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.
Specifications means the specifications of the service included in the Tendering Document submitted by the Service Provider to the Procuring Entity
Specifications means the specifications referred to in the tender and any modifications thereof as may time to time be furnished or approved by the architect/ consultant “Month” means calendar month.

  • Oracle updates to the Services or Service Specifications will not materially reduce the level of performance, functionality, security or availability of the Services during the Services Period of Your order.

Specifications means the specifications referred to in the tender and any modifications thereof as may time to time be furnished or approved by the employer.
