Specifications definition

Specifications means the specifications of the service included in the Tendering Document submitted by the Service Provider to the Procuring Entity
Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.
Specifications means the specifications referred to in the tender and any modifications thereof as may time to time be furnished or approved by the architect/ consultant “Month” means calendar month.

  • After shipment of Products to Purchaser hereunder, Purchaser shall inspect such Products within five (5) business days after receipt and shall promptly provide written notice to Medtronic of any Product that does not meet Specifications, including a description of the nonconformance.

  • The Party so requesting a Change Order shall provide the other Party with an assessment of the impact on the total cost, Specifications, Deliverables or other material impacts on this Agreement and any existing Project Orders.


More Definitions of Specifications

Specifications means the specifications referred to in the tender and any modifications thereof as may time to time be furnished or approved by the employer.
Specifications means the document as listed in the Contract Data, including Employer’s requirements in respect of design to be carried out by the Contractor (if any), and any Variation to such document.

The Specifications are incorporated into this Contract by reference as if fully set forth in this Contract.
