Requirements definition

Requirements means and include schedules, details, description, statement of technical data, performance characteristics, standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and specified in the Contract.
Requirements means all of the Specifications, requirements and services set out in the RFQ that describes the general requirements that the goods, materials, equipment and services must meet and the Contractor must provide;
Requirements means those services described in the Scope of Service section of this RFP.

Requirements means all present and future laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, injunctions, rules, regulations and requirements of every Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over any Real Property Asset and all restrictive covenants applicable to any Real Property Asset.
