Common Maintenance Areas definition

Common Maintenance Areas means all property from time to time designated by this Declaration or by the Developer as a maintenance responsibility of the Association for the benefit of all Owners, together with all improvements, fixtures, and tangible personal property now or hereafter situated thereon. Common Maintenance Areas may or may not be owned by the Association and may or may not be located within the Property. Common Maintenance Areas may include lands owned or controlled by the CDD.
Common Maintenance Areas means all real property and tangible personal property interests, including improvements, lift station, fixtures and landscaping, from time to time, owned by the County and required to be maintained by the Association, or designated by this Declaration, the Association (with Developer’s consent if prior to Turnover) or Developer, as a maintenance responsibility of the Association for the benefit of all Owners. Common Maintenance Areas may or may not be owned by the Association and may or may not be located within the Property.
Common Maintenance Areas means any property that the Association is required to maintain pursuant to this Declaration or a Declaration of Annexation or that the Board deems necessary or appropriate for the Association to maintain for the common benefit of the Owners, including those areas described in Section 5.1. Common Maintenance Areas specifically include all Common Areas.

More Definitions of Common Maintenance Areas

Common Maintenance Areas means and refer to all that portion of the property to be maintained by the County Service Area for the owners. The Common Maintenance Area includes streets, on-site drainage channel, landscaping, sound wall and lighting maintenance, these are to be maintained by the County Service Area Number 28 Zone Number 65.
Common Maintenance Areas. The Common Area, together with any other area for which the Association has or assumes maintenance or other responsibility.

Common Maintenance Areas means the Common Areas and any areas within public rights-of-way, Lots or other property that the Association is required to maintain pursuant to this Declaration or that the Board deems necessary or appropriate to maintain for the common benefit of the members, including, without limitation, those areas described in Sections 5.3 and 5.4 of this Declaration.
Common Maintenance Areas means the Common Areas, and also shall mean any areas within public rights-of-way, Tracts or other property that the Board is required to maintain pursuant to this Declaration or that the Board deems necessary or appropriate to maintain for the common benefit of the members, including without limitation, those areas described in Section 5.4. Until the Turnover Meeting, the Declarant shall have the right to designate additional Common Maintenance Areas in the future by recordation of a duly approved amendment to this Declaration or by recordation of a supplemental declaration or Declaration of Annexation.
