Supplemental Declaration definition

Supplemental Declaration means any Declaration amending or supplementing this Declaration, which is adopted in accordance with Section 8.

Supplemental Declaration means any declaration, resolution or other document which supplements or amends this Master Declaration, entered into by the City in compliance with Section 10.

Supplemental Declaration means an amendment or supplement to this Declaration which subjects additional property to this Declaration or imposes, expressly or by reference, additional restrictions and obligations on the land described therein, or both.

Supplemental Declaration means any instrument which extends the effect of this Declaration to Additional Property pursuant to Article II of this Declaration.
