Supplemental Declaration definition

Supplemental Declaration means any Declaration amending or supplementing this Declaration, which is adopted in accordance with Section 8.
Supplemental Declaration means any declaration, resolution or other document which supplements or amends this Master Declaration, entered into by the City in compliance with Section 12.
Supplemental Declaration means and refer to any amendment to the Declaration whereby Declarant submits additional property to the terms of the Declaration or otherwise amends the Declaration as provided herein.
