Tangible Personal Property. (a) The Contractor on its behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates, as defined below, shall comply with the provisions of Conn. Gen. Stat. §12-411b, as follows:

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other personal property, if any, owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the "Tangible Personal Property").
Tangible Personal Property. (a) Schedule 4.12(a) sets forth all leases of personal property ("Personal Property Leases") involving annual payments in excess of $25,000 relating to personal property used in the business of the Purchaser or to which the Purchaser is a party or by which the properties or assets of the Purchaser is bound. The Purchaser has delivered or otherwise made available to the Sellers true, correct and complete copies of the Personal Property Leases, together with all amendments, modifications or supplements thereto.
