Full Year of Service definition

Full Year of Service means any year in which an individual completes at least 1,400 hours of employment with the Bank or the Holding Company.
Full Year of Service means any calendar year in which an individual completes at least 1,000 hours of employment with the Bank or the Affiliates.
Full Year of Service means complete years of service since the last date of hire. Any portion of a year will not count in determining VSP amounts.

More Definitions of Full Year of Service

Full Year of Service means any year (measured beginning with the first day of the Participation Period) in which an individual completes at least 1,400 hours of employment with the Bank or the Holding Company.
Full Year of Service means the completion of service in the capacity of an Outside Director from one annual meeting of shareholders of the Company to the next following the annual meeting of shareholders of the Company, with such calculation including (1) any such service as an Outside Director prior to January 1, 1992, the original effective date of the Plan, and (2) service as a member of the board of director of NorAm Energy Corp., any predecessor thereto, or any division or subsidiary of NorAm Energy Corp., or service as a director of any "advisory board" of NorAm Energy Corp. or its subsidiaries or divisions.
Full Year of Service means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months of continuous employment beginning with the Employee’s date of hire.
Full Year of Service means the teacher shall have served a minimum of seventy-five percent (75%) of the days normally assigned to similar positions in the department and must be considered a full-time eight (8) hours per day employee. Part-time teachers shall receive pro-rated credit based upon hours and days worked.   • Period of Service means the aggregate of all periods of service commencing with an Employee's first day of employment or reemployment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer and ending on the first day of a Period of Severance, or for benefit accrual purposes, ending on the severance from service date. The first day of employment or reemployment is the first day the Employee performs an Hour of Service. An Employee who incurs a Period of Severance of twelve (12) months or less will also receive service-spanning credit by treating any such period as a Period of Service for purposes of eligibility and vesting (but not benefit accrual). For purposes of benefit accrual, a Participant's whole year Periods of Service is equal to the sum of all full and partial periods of service, whether or not such service is continuous or contiguous, expressed in the number of whole years represented by such sum. For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Year of Vesting Service means a vesting computation period during which you complete 1,000 hours of service during the Plan Year.

From time to time the Plan Administrator may, in its sole discretion, establish rules for determining the amounts of Eligible Earnings for employees who become Grantees other than on the first day of a Plan Year as well as any reduction of Eligible Earnings as a result of paid leave of absences.

  • Annual Earnings means your gross annual income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to the date of loss. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Leave Year means the year ending with the anniversary date of the employee’s appointment.

  • Plan Year(s means the approximate twelve-month periods between annual meetings of the shareholders of the Company, which, for purposes of the Plan, are the periods for which annual retainers are earned.

  • Date of Service means the date on which the client receives medical services or items, unless otherwise specified in the appropriate provider rules. For items that are mailed or shipped by the provider, the date of service is the date on which the order was received, the date on which the item was fabricated, or the date on which the item was mailed or shipped.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.

  • Month of Service means a calendar month in which an employee is in receipt of full salary or wages in respect of the prescribed number of working hours in each working day in the month and includes a calendar month in which an employee is absent on special leave without pay not in excess of twenty (20) working days.

  • Period of Severance means a continuous period of time during which an Employee is not employed by the Employer. Such period begins on the date the Employee retires, quits or is discharged, or if earlier, the twelve (12) month anniversary of the date on which the Employee was otherwise first absent from service.

  • One-Year Break in Service means a twelve (12) consecutive month period during which the Participant does not complete more than 500 Hours of Service.
