Within fifteen (15) working days of the receipt of that response, the parties will meet again to attempt to reach a resolution. If, after that second meeting, no agreement can be reached, the parties may, for appropriate topics and upon mutual agreement, seek split-cost mediation in an effort to resolve the matter.
