Benefits Committee. As per LOA#10, a benefits committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, shall convene upon request to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the OSSTF ELHT.
Benefits Committee. A benefits committee comprised of equal representation from ETFO, OPSBA, the Crown, and ETFO ELHT shall convene upon request to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the ETFO ELHT.
Benefits Committee a) A benefits committee comprised of the employee representatives, the employer representatives, including the Crown, and Trust Representatives will meet to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the Trust. This committee is currently known as “TRAC 3”.
Benefits Committee. A benefits committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representative, including the Crown, will convene upon request to address all matters that may arise in the delivery of the OCEW benefits plan.
Benefits Committee. A committee shall be established to evaluate the current benefits program and review proposed changes to such program. This committee shall monitor the current plan and recommend to the Superintendent and LESPA any changes it determines are necessary. The committee shall consist of at least one LESPA appointee.
Benefits Committee. The University will continue the Benefits Committee established under the 2009-12 contract, which will include an equal number of representatives of faculty and administration, designed to ensure effective communication between faculty and administration on the delivery of benefits. The Committee will serve in an advisory role on the effective delivery of benefits, and members will report to their constituencies as determined by each constituency. During the term of this Agreement, the Benefits Committee will explore the availability for unit members of the various products on the market regarding long-term care coverage, including products that cover such benefits as adult day care, home health care, transportation, assisted living, and home aids. It is understood that the University would not contribute to the cost of any such product that might be made available to unit members.
Benefits Committee. Benefits Committee" means the benefits committee established, implemented and operated pursuant to Section 2.6.

C10.6 Privacy The Parties agree to inform the OSSTF ELHT Administrator, that in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, it shall limit the collection, use and disclosure of personal information to information that is necessary for the purpose of providing benefits administration services. The OSSTF ELHT benefits pan administrator’s policy shall be based on the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Benefits Committee. The parties agree to participate in a citywide employee/labor/management benefits committee. One member from each labor group will sit on this committee along with five (5) non- represented employees (to include management). The purposes of the committee shall include: • To seek ways to control health care expenses. • To provide means for increased employee education about insurance benefits and a means for employee input into insurance benefits carriers and plan design. • The committee’s purpose is educational and exploratory only and the committee cannot bind the city or the respective unions to any decisions or course of action.
Benefits Committee. The parties agree to study through this committee ways to improve benefit plan design, provider utilization, and cost containment. The working group shall consist of teacher representatives appointed by the Association President and administration representatives appointed by the Superintendent. By majority vote, this committee may make recommendations to the Board and the Association for changes in the current benefit plans.
