Variation of Charges. (a) Subject to clause 5.6(b), ARTC will immediately pass on to the Access Holder any net effect of any imposition of new taxes or charges, increases or decreases in taxes or charges (other than income tax) which is a tax, royalty, rate, duty, levy or impost of general application imposed on ARTC by any government or regulatory authority and which is directly attributable to the provision by ARTC to the Access Holder of access to the Network.
Variation of Charges. 7.5 We may vary the charges payable for the Service at any time in accordance with clauses 1.3 to 1.8 of the General Terms.
Variation of Charges. 6.5 We may vary charges set out in the Pricing Schedule from time to time. We will give you not less than 30 days prior notice of such variations by one of the methods of giving notice listed in the General Terms.

The Charges set forth in the Order Form are fixed during the Minimum Contract Period, provided that, Optify Mediaforce may pass through to Customer, without xxxx up, any additional fees or costs or surcharges resulting from a change in regulation, Tax, or otherwise imposed by any regulatory or governmental body on the Services. Additionally, where the Service is being terminated by a Third Party Supplier at the Customer Premises, the Charges set forth in the Order Form for such Service assumes that such Service will be terminated at a pre- established Service Demarcation Point or minimum point of entry (MPOE) in the building within which the Customer Premises is located, as determined by the Third Party Supplier. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Optify Mediaforce may pass through to Customer additional Charges not otherwise set forth in the Order Form for such Service where the Third Party Supplier determines that it is necessary to extend the Service Demarcation Point or MPOE through the provision of additional infrastructure, cabling, electronics or other materials necessary to reach the Customer Premises.
Variation of Charges. (b) Subject to, and without limiting, clause 3.7(b), the Charges shall be reviewed and varied by us on each anniversary of the date of this Agreement as follows:

Variation of Charges. Superloop may vary the Charges on 20 Business Days’ notice to You if Superloop continues to provide a Service to You after the expiry of the Service Term in accordance with clause 11.1(a).

The Supplier may vary the Charges if: it is expressly allowed to do so under the Framework Agreement and it gives prior notice to the Customer specifying the variation and the date from which it will take effect; or the relevant Charge(s) to be varied are charges imposed on the Supplier by the Distribution Network Operator and Transmission System Operator retrospectively, in which case the Supplier may pass through these Charges to the Customer. Time of effect: For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties acknowledge and agree that a variation of a Charge under Clause 46.13(a) shall not apply retrospectively. The Customer shall pay the Charges as varied under Clause 4.9.2(a) or Clause 4.9.2(b) for the remainder of the Term of this Agreement, unless the Charges are subsequently amended under Clause 46.13.
