  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • Additional Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.01.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions of these Securities as set out in the General Conditions (Part A), the Product and Underlying Data (Part B) and the Special Conditions (Part C).

  • Special Provisions Special Provisions are specific conditions or requirements peculiar to the contract under consideration and are supplemental to the General Provisions. Should the Special Provisions conflict with the General Provisions, the Special Provisions shall prevail.

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Microsoft Products and Professional Services available through volume licensing. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Primary Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

  • Pricing Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.

  • Clearly and conspicuously means that a required disclosure is difficult to miss (i.e., easily noticeable) and easily understandable by ordinary consumers, including in all of the following ways:

  • Additional Terms means any additional terms agreed in writing amending, varying or agreeing additions to these Terms;

  • Collateral Term Sheet and "Structural Term Sheet" shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the February 13, 1995 letter (the "PSA Letter") of Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxx on behalf of the Public Securities Association (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available February 17, 1995). The term "Collateral Term Sheet" as used herein includes any subsequent Collateral Term Sheet that reflects a substantive change in the information presented. The term "Computational Materials" has the meaning assigned to it in the May 17, 1994 letter (the "Xxxxxx letter" and together with the PSA Letter, the "No-Action Letters") of Brown & Xxxx on behalf of Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx & Co., Inc. (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available May 20, 1994).

  • Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.

  • Standard Terms of Supply means the standard terms and conditions for Call-off Contracts set out in Schedule 5.

  • Agreed Stopping Places means those places, except the place of departure and the place of destination, set out in the Ticket or shown in our timetables as scheduled stopping places on your route.

  • Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Final Terms means the final terms specifying the relevant issue details of the ETP Securities.

  • Collateral Term Sheets shall have the meanings given such terms in the PSA Letter but shall include only those ABS Term Sheets or Collateral Term Sheets that have been prepared or delivered to prospective investors by any Underwriter.

  • Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.
