Service Term. XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The term of this Contract will begin when your local utility switches your account to XOOM and will continue on a month-to-month basis as set forth in the accompanying Product Sheet.
Service Term. XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive electric power supplier. The term (“Term”) of this Agreement will begin on your next meter read date after your Local Utility processes your enrollment with XOOM and will continue for twelve (12) months. After the initial Term, this Agreement will automatically renew in accordance with the “Automatic Renewal; Notification of Changes” section, below, and remain in effect until terminated by you or in writing by XOOM as provided in this Agreement. You will receive a written notice forty-five (45) days before the end of your initial Term. Acceptance into the Program: These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your Local Utility. You will be promptly notified upon acceptance or if you are not accepted into the program.
Service Term. This Addendum will take effect on the date your Voice account is activated by Viasat and will continue until terminated by you or Viasat in accordance with this Addendum and the Customer Agreement. You are required to subscribe to a minimum Voice Service term of six months regardless of whether or not you have a Minimum Service Term for Internet Services. After this initial six-month term expires, it will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, unless you have agreed to a new Voice Service term under any program then offered by Viasat.

Your Termination Notice must include your customer account number or CAN and lease number (if applicable). PBI reserves the right not to renew your SLA for any reason.
Service Term. Depending on the Service Package you select, you may receive Service for an agreed minimum term (your “Contract Term”) as specified in your Service Package. In the absence of any Contract Term or after any Contract Term has expired, you will receive Service on a month-to-month basis until Service is canceled by you or disconnected by us in accordance with your Service Agreement. If you select a Contract Term, you understand that you have received a special rate and/or we have incurred costs in exchange for your commitment to the full Contract Term. If your Service is downgraded, canceled or disconnected prior to the end of your Contract Term, you may be charged an early termination fee (“ETF”) as specified in your Service Application/Agreement. ETFs are cumulative and in addition to any other charges or fees you may owe us and any fees or charges that we may charge upon cancelation or disconnection of Service.
