To the Knowledge of the Parent, no current or prior owner of any property leased or controlled by Parent has received any written notice from a Governmental Body or any other Person during the past three years (or earlier if unresolved) that alleges that such current or prior owner or Parent are materially violating or have materially violated, or are liable under any Environmental Law.
