Third Party Supplier definition

Third Party Supplier means a third party manufacturer and/or licensor of Products.

Third Party Supplier means any seller of Crude Oil under a Procurement Contract (other than the Company or any Affiliate of the Company).

• Service is subject to the terms and conditions of the Third Party Supplier Requirements section of this Tariff (Service Classification – TPS) and Section 10 of the Company’s Standard Terms and Conditions.

• In the event the Customer designates a Third Party Supplier in accordance with Service Classification TPS, the Customer will remain responsible for a pro rata share of any Charges which such Third Party Supplier fails to pay to the Company including payments for Delivery Shortfall or for Monthly Imbalance.

• An OFO may be issued as a blanket for the entire system or for a single Third Party Supplier or Customer.

More Definitions of Third Party Supplier

Third Party Supplier means a third party supplier used for the provision of services provided under this agreement.

Third Party Supplier shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.6 of this Agreement.

Third Party Supplier means an electricity supplier that sells power to end-use customers delivered over the distribution facilities of the Commission-Regulated Electric Company. Customer shall make the terms of this Agreement available to its Affiliates and notify such Affiliates that any purchases from Seller or any of Seller’s Affiliates shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement.
