USHERS & TICKET TAKERS. The Contractor shall employ a staff of competent personnel which is fully equipped and qualified to perform the Services. The Contractor must develop a service team for each venue consisting of a Manager, supervisors, ushers and ticket takers. All staff providing services must be trained and skilled in the areas of ticket taking, ushering, guest relations, exceptional customer service, preparing incident reports and general operational services. Qualifications are required for the Manager and Supervisor positions; each must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing all or a portion of the Services. The Proposer shall provide the XxXxxxxxx Place | SMG with a Standard for Employment of all personnel. The Contractor must provide staff with uniforms, radio equipment, flashlights, name tags and other equipment deemed necessary by XxXxxxxxx Place | SMG, at the Proposers expense. Uniforms and equipment must be approved by XxXxxxxxx Place | SMG. XxXxxxxxx Place | SMG will notify the Contractor one month out prior to an event with approximate number of personnel needed for that specific event and then five (5) days out with the exact number required. Staffing levels may vary depending on the show, game, event or concert. Supervisors may be classified as administrative or operational; service persons are classified as security, ticket takers, ushers or guest relations. Listed below are the estimated amount of personnel needed to staff a full house show (4,249 guests) at Arie Crown Theater. This is only an estimate, actual staffing needs may vary depending on the event, tickets sold, or type of event proposed.   • Contact Tracing While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.

  • Catalog Information about Community Regional Medical Center – Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (CRMC-DMSP) is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. CRMC-DMSP reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in CRMC-DMSP, the Student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

  • Legal Picket Lines Refusal to cross a legally established picket line shall not constitute cause for discipline or dismissal. An employee who refuses to cross a legally established picket line shall be considered to be absent without pay.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Towing Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.

  • HELMETS TO HARDHATS Section 1. The Contractors and the Unions recognize a desire to facilitate the entry into the building and construction trades of veterans who are interested in careers in the building and construction industry. The Contractors and Unions agree to utilize the services of the Center for Military Recruitment, Assessment and Veterans Employment (hereinafter “Center”) and the Center’s “Helmets to Hardhats” program to serve as a resource for preliminary orientation, assessment of construction aptitude, referral to apprenticeship programs or hiring halls, counseling and mentoring, support network, employment opportunities and other needs as identified by the parties.

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances:

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
