Service Team definition

Service Team means the team of personnel established by Party A for the purpose of provision of Services to Party B pursuant to this Agreement, including the employees of Party A, independent professional advisors and other contractors retained by Party A.

More Definitions of Service Team

Service Team as defined in Section 5.11.2 below;

Service Team means the team organised by T2CN for the purpose of providing services under this Agreement. The team consists of T2CN’s employees and other third party professional consultants or manpower retained by T2CN.
