Ticket Taking Clause Samples

The Ticket Taking clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities for collecting and validating tickets at an event or venue. Typically, this clause outlines who is authorized to take tickets, how tickets should be checked for authenticity, and the process for admitting attendees. For example, it may specify that only designated staff may collect tickets at entry points and that counterfeit or invalid tickets must be confiscated. The core function of this clause is to ensure orderly and secure admission, prevent unauthorized entry, and maintain accurate attendance records.
