Towing. Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.
Towing. You or any other authorised driver must not use the vehicle for towing unless we have given you written permission.
Towing. In the event that the covered vehicle has a mechanical breakdown and the vehicle is immobilized, the COMPANY will arrange and pay for necessary towing services, in a platform when available to the nearest repair or service location within the city and/or state where the vehicle is located. Limit for this coverage is of $300 USD and/or two events. In all instances of towing of the covered vehicle it is necessary for the BENEFICIARY or a representative to accompany the tow truck during the service.
Towing. It is understood that the following vehicles will be towed at Resident’s expense:
Towing. When your vehicle is disabled due to mechanical breakdown, the Roadside Assistance Administrator will arrange for a Roadside Contractor to tow it to the nearest service facility of your choice up to the service expense equivalent of $100. Additional expense will be your responsibility to pay to the towing Roadside Contractor.
Towing. Inoperable, abandoned or unauthorized Vehicle(s), as well as Vehicles in a state of disrepair, will be towed at the owner’s expense in accordance with local and/or state ordinances regarding Vehicle towing. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes an inoperable or unauthorized Vehicle or a Vehicle in a state of disrepair. Your failure to properly display the parking decal assigned to You, or Your failure to honor the terms of this Addendum may result in the towing of Your or Your Authorized Occupants’ Vehicle. You agree that We will not be financially responsible for reimbursing You for the cost of towed Vehicles nor for any damages related to the physical towing nor for any consequential damages You may incur through loss of use of the Vehicle.
Towing. The Vehicle is not allowed to tow any other vehicle or trailer. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: The Vehicle can only be driven by an authorized driver 25 years of age or older possessing a valid and identifiable driver’s license. All drivers must be covered under the Renter’s insurance and will be bound by the terms and conditions of this rental agreement.
Towing. Any vehicle on XXXXX PARK campus without a valid MPHS permit will be booted ($35.00) or towed at the owner’s expense ($150.00 estimated cost).
Towing. Republic Parking and the DDA are not responsible for violators of leased parking spaces. It is the leaseholder’s responsibility to initiate, perform, and authorize removal of unauthorized parking violators during term of meter bag lease. Meter covers must have been installed by 6:00
Towing. Repeat offenders will be booted at their own expense and will be responsible for any applicable storage fees. 1st violation – employee will receive a violation notice. 2nd violation – employee will receive a warning sticker on their vehicle. 3rd violation and every violation thereafter – vehicle will be booted*. Towing may occur when a parked vehicle is creating a safety hazard.
