Use of Feedback. You agree that Forecast5 may use your feedback, suggestions, or ideas in any way, including in future modifications of the Services, other products or services, advertising or marketing materials. You grant Forecast5 a perpetual, worldwide, fully transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, fully paid-up, royalty free license to use the feedback you provide to Forecast5 in any way.
Use of Feedback. Customer grants to PowerSchool a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into PowerSchool Product(s) and Services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction, or other feedback provided by Customer or User(s).
Use of Feedback. If you provide us with reports, comments, suggestions, ideas or other feedback regarding the Products or our business, whether written or oral (collectively "Feedback"), either directly or through any third party, you do so without any expectation of compensation. You hereby grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right and license to use the Feedback to improve the Products and for any other purpose, including in all media now known and later developed. Feedback is strictly voluntary and we are not required to hold it in confidence.
Use of Feedback. If Licensee provides comments, feedback, test results, or evaluation results; or provides oral or written observations or suggestions related to the Software or potential improvements (collectively, the “Feedback”), Licensee shall retain title to the Feedback but agrees to xxxxx XXX Global a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, unrestricted, and worldwide license and permission to use, copy, sell, distribute, and make derivative works based upon the Feedback in any manner SAI Global determines, including in the development, manufacture, marketing, and maintenance of products and services, without further obligation to Licensee. At the conclusion of the License Period, Licensee may provide SAI Global with a statement for use on SAI Global’s website together with posting its review of the Software on xxx.x0.xxx. Additionally, Licensee may provide the contact information for a Licensee employee to serve as a reference for SAI Global customers and prospects regarding the Software.
Use of Feedback. Customer may choose to provide to Philips comments or ideas about the Services, including without limitation about how to improve the Services or Philips products (“Feedback”). By submitting any Feedback, Customer agrees that its disclosure is gratuitous, unsolicited and without restriction and will not place Philips under any fiduciary or other obligation, and that Philips is free to use the Feedback without any additional compensation to Customer, and/or to disclose the Feedback on a non-confidential basis or otherwise to anyone.
Use of Feedback. In the event that I provide the Ministry with any comments, suggestions, data, information or feedback in respect of the Services, I acknowledge and agree that all such feedback may be freely used by the Ministry or its third party suppliers, at their sole discretion, for the design, development, improvement, marketing, commercialization and operation of the Services and its other products and services, without any restrictions or other obligations to me based on confidentiality or Intellectual Property rights.
Use of Feedback. Subject to sections (c) and (d), VENDOR in its discretion may use Feedback to enhance or improve the Technology, all without any compensation (except as expressly set out in this Agreement) to PROVIDER or any other person. Exception/Restriction: Notwithstanding section (b) or any other provision of this Agreement: VENDOR may not use any PROVIDER Data or other Confidential Information (defined in section ) that is included or referenced in any Feedback; and VENDOR will not attribute any Feedback to PROVIDER or any PROVIDER User (whether or not identified by name or otherwise) or disclose in any manner to any person that PROVIDER or any PROVIDER User has provided or will provide Feedback regarding the Technology. Disclaimer: Feedback is provided to VENDOR without any representations, warranties, conditions or guarantees of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether express, implied or statutory, or arising from custom or trade usage or by any course of dealing or course of performance, including any representations, warranties, conditions or guarantees of or relating to accuracy or completeness. XXXXXX uses Feedback at VENDOR’s own risk. Neither PROVIDER nor any PROVIDER User will have any liability to VENDOR or any other person arising from, connected with or relating to any Feedback.
Use of Feedback. Customer grants to Good-Lite a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into Good-Lite Product(s) and Services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Customer or Users.
Use of Feedback. If you send or transmit any communications, comments, questions, suggestions, or related materials to Forecast5, whether by letter, email, telephone, or otherwise (collectively, “Feedback”), suggesting or recommending changes to the website or any Services offered through the website, including, without limitation, new features or functionality relating thereto, all such Feedback is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Except as prohibited by applicable law, you hereby assign all right, title, and interest in, and Forecast5 is free to use, without any attribution or compensation to you, any ideas, know-how, concepts, techniques, or other intellectual property and proprietary rights contained in the Feedback, whether or not patentable, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, having manufactured, licensing, marketing, and selling, directly or indirectly, products and services using such Feedback. Where the foregoing assignment is prohibited by law, you hereby grant us an exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up license (including the right to sublicense) to use and exploit all Feedback as we may determine in our sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you understand and agree that Forecast5 is not obligated to use, display, reproduce, or distribute any such ideas, know-how, concepts, or techniques contained in the Feedback, and you have no right to compel such use, display, reproduction, or distribution.
Use of Feedback. Any suggestions, feedback, or other information from the receiving party concerning Confidential Information of the disclosing party are and shall be entirely voluntary on the receiving party’s part, whether such suggestions, feedback or other information was solicited by the disclosing party or not, and shall not create any obligations on the part of the disclosing party. The disclosing party shall be free to disclose and use such suggestions, feedback, and other information of the receiving party as the disclosing party sees fit, entirely and without obligation of any kind to the receiving party.
