Disclosing Party. Disclosing Party" means the party owning or disclosing the relevant Confidential Information.
Disclosing Party. “Disclosing Party” shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 1.5 and 1.10, as applicable.

Disclosing Party. The Disclosing Party and/or any of its representatives, directors, associates, employees, attorneys or accountants disclosing Confidential Information, as defined below, shall be referred to herein as the (“Disclosing Party”).
Disclosing Party in the capacity of disclosing Confidential Information and Know-How, each Party is referred to as the Disclosing Party.
Disclosing Party. Disclosing Party" shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.1 of the Agreement.
