Documented Instructions. The Customer has the right to issue instructions to ATOSS regarding the type, scope and method of data processing. The Customer solelyand exclusively decides withrespect to the purposes and means of processing of the contract data. ATOSS may process the contract data only on documented instruction from the Customer, unless ATOSS is legally obligated to process said data.
Documented Instructions. Ironclad and its Third Parties shall Process Customer Personal Data only in accordance with the documented instructions of Customer. The Agreement, including this Addendum, along with any applicable statement of work, constitute Customer’s complete and final instructions to Ironclad regarding the Processing of Customer Personal Data, including for purposes of the Standard Contractual Clauses. Ironclad will, unless legally prohibited from doing so, inform Customer in writing if it reasonably believes that there is a conflict between Customer’s instructions and applicable law or otherwise seeks to Process Customer Personal Data in a manner that is inconsistent with Customer’s instructions.

Service Provider shall Process Company Personal Data to provide the Services in accordance with the documented instructions of Company or as specifically authorized by this Addendum, the Agreement, or any applicable Statement of Work. Service Provider will, unless legally prohibited from doing so, inform Company in writing if it reasonably believes that there is a conflict between Company’s instructions and applicable law or otherwise seeks to Process Company Personal Data in a manner that is inconsistent with Company’s instructions.

Futurae will, unless legally prohibited from doing so, inform Customer in writing if it reasonably believes that there is a conflict between Customer’s instructions and applicable law or otherwise seeks to Process Customer Personal Data in a manner that is inconsistent with Customer’s instructions.

Planful and its Third Parties shall Process Client Personal Data only in accordance with the documented instructions of Client or as specifically authorized by this Addendum, the Agreement, or any applicable Statement of Work. Planful will, unless legally prohibited from doing so, inform Client in writing if it reasonably believes that there is a conflict between Client’s instructions and applicable law or otherwise seeks to Process Client Personal Data in a manner that is inconsistent with Client’s instructions.

APTTUS and its Third Parties shall Process Customer Personal Data only in accordance with the documented instructions of Customer or as specifically authorized by this Addendum, the Agreement, or any applicable Statement of Work. APTTUS will, unless legally prohibited from doing so, inform Customer in writing if it reasonably believes that there is a conflict between Customer’s instructions and applicable law or otherwise seeks to Process Customer Personal Data in a manner that is inconsistent with Customer’s instructions.
Documented Instructions. The Client hereby informs the Contractor that the Personal Data will be processed in accordance with paragraph 8 of the Main Agreement. This includes, in particular, the following data processing: The Personal Data will be transferred via the connected vehicle or mobile device to the Contractor’s cloud-based platform, where it will be stored. The Personal Data will only be processed under this Agreement to the extent necessary to fulfil the Main Agreement; this will not affect paragraph 8.3.4 of the Main Agreement. The Contractor will transfer the Personal Data to a third-party provider (as defined in the Main Agreement) to the extent that this is necessary in order for the third-party service (as defined in the Main Agreement) to be provided to the Client. The Contractor will analyse and evaluate the handling and the use of the connected vehicles based on the Personal Data, and will propose customised offers to the Client based on that information, such as driver training, equipment specifications or recommendations on efficiency improvements.
Documented Instructions. ZEBEDEE shall Process Company Personal Data to provide the Services in accordance with the Agreement, this Addendum, any applicable Order Form, and any instructions agreed upon by the parties. ZEBEDEE will, unless legally prohibited from doing so, inform Company in writing if it reasonably believes that there is a conflict between Company’s instructions and applicable law or otherwise seeks to Process Company Personal Data in a manner that is inconsistent with Company’s instructions.
Documented Instructions. Supplier shall process Personal Data only (I) on behalf of Customer and in accordance with explicit written instructions issued by Customer and accepted by Supplier or (II) as required by EU or EU member-state law, in which case Supplier shall inform Customer in advance unless prohibited by such law for important reasons of public interest.
