Common use of Use of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of Equipment. Lessee shall use the Equipment solely in the conduct of its business, in a manner and for the use contemplated by the manufacturer thereof, and in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations of every governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Equipment or Lessee and with the provisions of all policies of insurance carried by Lessee pursuant to Section 3.6.

Use of Equipment. Lessee shall use the Equipment solely in the conduct of its business, in a manner and for the use contemplated by the manufacturer thereof, and in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations of every governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Equipment or Lessee and with the provisions of all policies of insurance carried by Lessee pursuant to Section 3.6.

Use of Equipment. 6. The Lessee shall will use the Equipment solely in the conduct of its business, in a good and careful manner and for will comply with all of the manufacturer's requirements and recommendations respecting the Equipment and with any applicable law, whether local, state or federal respecting the use contemplated by of the manufacturer thereofEquipment, including, but not limited to, environmental and in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations of every governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Equipment or Lessee and with the provisions of all policies of insurance carried by Lessee pursuant to Section 3.6copyright law.

Use of Equipment. Lessee shall use the Equipment solely in the conduct of its business, in a manner and which will not disqualify it for the use contemplated by the manufacturer thereofmaintenance, and in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations of every governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Equipment or Lessee and with the provisions provision of all policies of insurance carried by Lessee pursuant to Section 3.63.5. Lessee shall obtain all permits licenses or other authorizations necessary for the authorizations necessary for the operation and use of the Equipment. Lessee shall pay all costs, expenses, fees and charges incurred in connection with the use and operation of the Equipment.

Use of Equipment. Lessee shall use the Equipment solely in the conduct of its business, in a manner and for the use contemplated by the manufacturer thereof, and in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations Requirements of Law of every governmental authority Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Equipment or Lessee and with the provisions of all policies of insurance carried by Lessee pursuant to Section 3.6.

The Lessee shall will use the Equipment solely in the conduct of its business, in a manner good and for careful manner, will not exceed the Equipment’s capacities, will conduct routine inspections of the Equipment, and will comply with all of the manufacturer’s requirements and recommendations respecting the Equipment, and with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances, whether local, state or federal, respecting the use contemplated by of the manufacturer thereofEquipment, including but not limited to, occupational safety, environmental and in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations of every governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Equipment or Lessee and with the provisions of all policies of insurance carried by Lessee pursuant to Section 3.6copyright law.

Use of Equipment. Lessee shall use the Equipment solely in the conduct of its business, business in a careful and proper manner and only for the use contemplated by the manufacturer thereof, and in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations of every governmental authority having jurisdiction over uses for which the Equipment or is intended and only to supply Lessor with products pursuant to the Supply Agreement. Lessee shall operate and maintain the Equipment strictly in accordance with the provisions of all policies of insurance carried this Lease and the instructions provided by Lessee pursuant to Section 3.6the manufacturers thereof and/or Lessor.
