Duplicating Equipment Clause Samples
Duplicating Equipment. All members of the bargaining unit shall have individual access to duplicating/copying equipment in their respective buildings when unexpected needs occur.
Duplicating Equipment. Members of the Employee Unit shall have access to the designated equipment in the buildings for school related business. Such equipment shall include, but not be limited to, printing and photo or electronic copy machines in each building. Office staff shall have priority in use of duplicating equipment. The building administrator may set copy allocations per employee when misuse and unwarranted use is evident. Those employees involved in the misuse or unwarranted use may be required to log the number of copies.
Duplicating Equipment. The County agrees to allow the Association to use County duplicating equipment and facilities subject only to the following conditions:
A. The Association purchases any required access keys.
B. The Association reimburses the County promptly upon demand for the actual costs of the use of the equipment and material.
C. The Association’s use of such equipment and facilities does not interfere with the use by County employees for County business.
Duplicating Equipment. The Board shall permit the Association to utilize for appropriate faculty business College duplicating equipment if such is not otherwise required for the conducting of College business affairs, provided the College may direct that such equipment be operated by a qualified employee, and provided further that the Association shall reimburse the College for any supplies furnished or machine damages, if such equipment is operated directly by the Association, and to reimburse the College for any damage done thereby and not caused by normal wear and tear.
Duplicating Equipment. Members of the employee bargaining unit shall submit their copying needs for school-related business only. The building principal may set copy allocations per employee when misuse is evident or volume is excessive.
Duplicating Equipment. The County agrees to allow the Union to use County duplicating equipment and facilities subject only to the following conditions:
A. The Union reimburses the County promptly upon demand for the actual costs of the use of the equipment and material.
B. The Union use of such equipment and facilities does not interfere with their use by County employees for County business.
Duplicating Equipment. The Association will have the right to use the school duplicating equipment. The Association agrees that it will furnish necessary supplies and that its use of the equipment will not interfere with the normal educational and/or business use of the equipment.
