Agent Only. The Warrant Agent shall act solely as agent. The Warrant Agent shall not be liable except for the performance of such duties as are specifically set forth herein, and no implied covenants or obligations shall be read into this Agreement against the Warrant Agent, whose duties and obligations shall be determined solely by the express provisions hereof.
Agent Only obliged to pay when monies received Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other Finance Document, the Agent shall not be obliged to make available to the Borrower or any Lender or the Swap Bank any sum which the Agent is expecting to receive for remittance or distribution to the Borrower or that Lender or the Swap Bank until the Agent has satisfied itself that it has received that sum.
Agent Only. The Warrant Agent shall act solely as agent.
Agent Only. Eagle Alliance acts as an agent for the Supplier and has entered into a contract with the Hirer by way of a Dry Hire Agreement. Eagle Alliance has every confidence in the Supplier, but as an agent only, the Hirer will indemnify Eagle Alliance for delays, defaults or claims of any description.
Agent Only. WESTAF is acting as Client’s limited agent in collecting Eligible Entry Fee Payments and has no obligation to undertake any effort to collect Eligible Entry Fee Payments other than, as part of the CaFÉ Service, to create and maintain protocols which are standard in the industry for the collection of credit card payments through web based software and, subject to the terms of this Attachment, to remit to Client all such payments which are captured through such protocols.
