TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. 15.01 A part-time employee is one who is hired to work regularly eighty (80) per cent or less of the work week provided in Article 10 of this Agreement.
TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. The collective agreement applies to regular part-time, part-time or temporary employees unless the clause is amended by or coverage is excluded by this Appendix. The following articles do not apply to temporary employees: Article 7.05, 7.06, 7.13, 7.14, 11.03, 11.04, 14.01, 14.12 and 21.
TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. A. Regular Part Time Employees
TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. For the purpose of this Agreement, a part-time employee shall mean one who works regularly less than twenty-six (26) hours a week. A part-time employee shall be paid on an hourly basis at least equivalent to the hourly rate for the minimum weekly salary provided for the employee's classification and experience. Articles (except 9.02) and of this Agreement shall not apply to part-time employees. However, a part-time employee who regularly works in excess of twenty hours per week and has served a three (3) month waiting period shall be entitled to: health insurance under Article (except coverage), and life insurance under Article
TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. (a) No temporary or part-time shall be hired to replace full-time employees prevent the hiring of employees to fill a full-time position. Full-time employees preference over part-time employees for selection of job. The Employer reserves the right to have a qualified work force at all in the opera- tion of this clause. Part-time employees will less than twenty-four (24) hours per week unless relieving for sickness, or vacation. ARTICLE

If there is a disagreement over the permanent hiring or extension of a temporary employee’s employment, the matter will be referred to the Fast-track Arbitration process as contained in Letter of Agreement Should a temporary employee’s employment thus be extended beyond three (3) months such employee shall receive company paid group life insurance, medical benefits and extended care benefit and sick leave in accordance with Article (1) (2) (3)(4) and statutory holidays as per Article with the exception of birthdays. Should a temporary employee whose employment was extended beyond three (3) months be terminated and re-employed within a thirty (30) day period, such employee will be credited with the period of employment worked immediately prior to termination. At least every six months a joint committee of union and company representatives shall meet to audit the status of regular part-time and temporary employees.
TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. 27.01 A regular part-time employee is one who is regularly scheduled 22.5 hours or more per week and a part-time employee is one who regularly works fewer than 22.5 hours per week.
