TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. 15.01 A part-time employee is one who is hired to work regularly eighty (80) per cent or less of the work week provided in Article 10 of this Agreement.
TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. The collective agreement applies to regular part-time, part-time or temporary employees unless the clause is amended by or coverage is excluded by this Appendix. TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. For the purpose of this Agreement, a part-time employee shall mean one who works regularly less than twenty-six (26) hours a week. A part-time employee shall be paid on an hourly basis at least equivalent to the hourly rate for the minimum weekly salary provided for the employee's classification and experience. Articles (except 9.02) and of this Agreement shall not apply to part-time employees. However, a part-time employee who regularly works in excess of twenty hours per week and has served a three (3) month waiting period shall be entitled to: health insurance under Article (except coverage), and life insurance under Article
