Termination of Employment; Resignation. EMPLOYEE acknowledges and agrees that his employment by XXX terminated on the Termination Date, and that he will be deemed to have resigned from all officer positions and directorships that he may hold with IDT (or otherwise at the request of IDT) at such time including without limitation as an officer of IDT Telecom. On or prior to the Termination Date, EMPLOYEE shall execute and deliver a resignation letter from such officer positions and directorships, if any, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Termination of Employment; Resignation. Employee hereby tenders, and -------------------------------------- the Company hereby accepts, Employee's resignation from employment with the Company. The provisions of this Section 1 shall be effective as of the date hereof and the parties hereto hereby waive all applicable notices and waiting periods for the termination of employment. Employee also hereby tenders his resignation from all positions with the Company and its subsidiaries, including membership on the board of directors of the Company and any of its subsidiaries.
Termination of Employment; Resignation. The parties acknowledge that Employee’s employment relationship with the Company will cease at the close of business on December 31, 2020 or such other date that Employee and the Company mutually agree (the “Termination Date”). Pending the Termination Date, the Company reserves the right to change the responsibilities of Employee. Termination of Employment; Resignation. Executive and Company mutually agree that Executive shall voluntarily resign from employment effective on April 24, 2008 (the “Termination Date”) and that the Employment Agreement between the Parties is hereby terminated as of the Termination Date and shall no longer be of any force or effect.
Termination of Employment; Resignation. The Mayor and City Council may terminate Employee at any time in accordance with the City’s Charter §3.060 and the Mesquite Municipal Code §1-7-4(1), with or without cause. Employee may also resign his Employment position at any time, but shall give at least 30 days’ prior written notice to the Mayor and City Council. Resignation not consistent with this provision shall forfeit any payments to be received by Employee under this Agreement that have not already been paid.
