Other Positions. Executive shall immediately resign, and shall be deemed to have immediately resigned without the requirement of any additional action, from any and all position Executive holds with the Company and its Affiliates on Executive’s Date of Termination.
Other Positions. The Executive shall hold such other positions and executive offices with the Company and/or of any of the Company’s subsidiaries or affiliates as may from time to time be authorized by the Board. The Executive shall not be entitled to any compensation other than the compensation provided for herein for serving during the Employment Period in any other office or position of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, unless the Compensation Committee specifically approves such additional compensation.
Other Positions. Where any position not covered by this Article is established by the Employer during the term of this Agreement, the Employer will, prior to posting the position, provide the Union with a position description, statement of the duties required, qualifications expected, and the intended rate of pay. Upon request, the Employer shall discuss the details of any such position(s) with the Union.
Other Positions. Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive shall promptly resign from any other position as an officer, director or fiduciary of any direct or indirect subsidiary of the Company or other Company-related entity.
Other Positions. The Executive shall resign as of the Termination Date from any administrative roles in any agreements sponsored by the Company and its Affiliates and will execute all instruments and documents requested by the Company to effectuate this and the termination of employment and of other duties and positions as described in Section 2.1 of this Agreement.
Other Positions. Upon termination of this Agreement and Executive’s employment under this Agreement for any reason, Executive will be deemed to have automatically resigned from all positions Executive holds as an officer or member of the board of directors (or any committee thereof) of the Employer Group as of the effective date of termination.
Other Positions. Employee agrees to serve without additional compensation (other than compensation accruing to any other person serving in such capacity), if elected or appointed a director of the Employer or any of its subsidiaries, provided that Employee is indemnified for serving in any and all such capacities on a basis no less favorable than is currently provided other directors.
Other Positions. Any new, full-time communications officer position within the department shall be subject to challenge by the Labor Council to the State Employment Relations Board, for inclusion or exclusion as bargaining unit members, pursuant to Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code and the SERB Rules and Regulations.
Other Positions. The Employee will also serve in an advisory capacity to management and subsidiaries and any other capacity or capacities to be determined by the Company or the Board of Directors of the Company. The Employee will report in the chain of command to the person or persons designated by the Subsidiaries’ Board of Directors (the “Subsidiary Board”).
Other Positions. During the Term, upon determination of the Board, Executive may be appointed as an officer or nominated for election to any governing body of any subsidiary of the Company for no additional compensation. In addition, at the election of the Board, Executive shall also serve as Secretary of the Company.
