The Employment Agreement. Except as expressly amended herein, the terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

The Employment Agreement. In all other respects the Employment Agreement is ratified and shall, as so changed by this Third Amendment, continue in full force and effect.

Wherever the terms of this Agreement conflict with the terms of the Employment Agreement, the terms of the Employment Agreement shall be without effect, and the terms of this Agreement shall govern the parties.
